Karen does Samoa

Karen was our first visitor, arriving in mid-June for an impromptu 3-week holiday in the sun after spending summer on the Aurora Australis, sailing around the Southern Ocean and Antarctica.

Karen spent a week with us, cooking up a storm including sushi and tuna curry and sampling the local Vailima before being joined by Piet and heading off to the islands of Namua, Savaii and Manono for the fale experience.

On their last day, Karen and Piet went fishing with Pooley and between them they caught a Wahoo and Mahi Mahi. Delicious!
